Per il corretto montaggio della zavorra segua le seguenti istruzioni:
1. Eseguire l'installazione della zavorra seguendo l'ordine e la sequenza come indicato nelle figure seguenti.
2. Inserire il tubo e il relativo anello di tenuta EPDM nella zavorra e verificare che tutto sia pulito e che l'anello O non risulti danneggiato.
3. Avvitare il dado sulla filettatura a mano, per il serraggio completo utilizzare la chiave di dimensione appropriata AC 670 / AC 671
Le parti in gomma non devono in alcun caso essere lubrificate con oli minerali, per il materiale EPDM utilizzare esclusivamente un lubrificante a base di silicone.

- Come scegliere la dimensione corretta del raccordo? La dimensione della filettatura deve corrispondere esattamente a quella del tubo o della valvola a cui il raccordo viene collegato - le abbreviazioni FF (filettatura interna-interna) e MF (filettatura esterna-interna) nel nome indicano il tipo di filettatura su ciascun lato.
- È necessario un materiale di tenuta durante il montaggio? Sì, per le giunzioni filettate si utilizza in modo standard nastro di teflon o filo di canapa con una pasta di tenuta, per garantire l'ottima ermeticità della giunzione.
- Deve essere eseguito l'installazione da un tecnico specializzato? Un collegamento filettato semplice può essere eseguito anche da un fai-da-te con una certa manualità, per interventi su un impianto già funzionante (soprattutto per il gas) si consiglia di chiamare un installatore che verificherà anche l'ermeticità della giunzione.

IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
