Per un corretto montaggio della zavorra segua le seguenti istruzioni:
1. Eseguire l'installazione della zavorra seguendo l'ordine e la sequenza come indicato nelle seguenti immagini.
2. Inserire il tubo e il relativo anello EPDM nella zavorra e verificare che tutto sia pulito e che non si siano verificati danni all'anellino di tenuta.
3. Inserire la guarnizione filettata e serrare a mano, per il serraggio completo utilizzare la chiave di dimensione appropriata AC 670 / AC 671
Le parti in gomma non devono assolutamente essere lubrificate con oli minerali, per il materiale EPDM è necessario utilizzare solo un lubrificante a base di silicone.

La dimensione del filetto deve corrispondere esattamente al filetto del tubo o della valvola a cui il raccordo viene collegato - le abbreviazioni FF (filetto interno-filetto interno) e MF (filetto esterno-filetto interno) nel nome indicano il tipo di filetto su ciascun lato.
- È necessario un materiale di tenuta durante l'installazione? Sì, per le giunzioni filettate si utilizza in modo standard nastro in teflon o filo di canapa con pasta di tenuta, per garantire l'ottima tenuta della giunzione.
- Deve essere eseguita l'installazione da un tecnico specializzato? Un collegamento filettato semplice può essere eseguito anche da un fai-da-te con una certa manualità, per interventi su un impianto già funzionante (soprattutto per il gas) si consiglia di chiamare un installatore che verificherà anche la tenuta della giunzione.

IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
The Italian headquarters also acts as a hub for the wider IVAR Group, set up with the goal of distributing products beyond Italy’s borders.
