- Qual è lo strumento necessario per l'installazione di questo raccordo? I raccordi a pressione richiedono pinze specializzate con il tipo corretto di morsetto (solitamente indicati con B, F o TH in base al sistema), corrispondenti alle dimensioni e al tipo di raccordo - senza lo strumento corretto, non è possibile creare né verificare la giunzione.
- Come posso sapere che la giunzione è correttamente pressata? I raccordi a pressione di alta qualità hanno un indicatore di pressatura (ad esempio un anello O sigillante che fuoriesce in caso di pressatura incompleta) - prima dell'incollaggio nel muro o nel massetto è sempre necessario effettuare un test di pressione sull'intero sistema.
- È possibile smontare una giunzione una volta pressata? No, a differenza del collegamento filettato, la giunzione a pressione è permanente e per smontarla è necessario tagliare il raccordo e sostituirlo con uno nuovo.
- Deve essere eseguita l'installazione da un tecnico? Sì, la pressatura richiede competenze tecniche e strumenti correttamente calibrati - si consiglia di affidarsi a un caldaista/idraulico, soprattutto per le giunzioni che saranno incollate nel muro o nel massetto senza possibilità di controllo successiva.

IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. And it’s all “Made in Italy”.
Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
The Italian headquarters also acts as a hub for the wider IVAR Group, set up with the goal of distributing products beyond Italy’s borders. The group now has 11 branches, in Australia, Belgium, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, the United States and Tunisia.
