Il pannello IVAR.ST 20 AL (codice ST20AL) è un pannello isolante sistemico per il riscaldamento a pavimento ad acqua con sistema a secco. È indicato dove non è possibile o opportuno usare un massetto cementizio o un autolivellante – nelle ristrutturazioni in cui il massetto caricherebbe troppo le strutture, nelle case in legno sensibili all’umidità o quando l’altezza disponibile è ridotta.
Caratteristiche del pannello
- spessore 20 mm, formato e misura utile 1200 × 600 mm = 0,72 m²
- per tubi PE-RT 16 × 2 mm con passo di posa 150 mm
- lo strato superficiale in alluminio da 100–200 µm distribuisce il calore sulla superficie
- isolamento EPS 400: conducibilità termica λD 0,0314 W/mK, resistenza termica RD 0,65 m²K/W
- reazione al fuoco classe E, conforme alla DIN EN 13163
Stratigrafia del pavimento
Sul pannello si posano lastre per pavimenti in gessofibra – il produttore consiglia Fermacell o Knauf da 25 mm, sulle quali si può incollare la ceramica. Sotto un laminato è sufficiente una lastra in gessofibra da 12,5 mm. Con questo pannello e le lastre in gessofibra il sistema consente un’altezza complessiva di 45 mm (senza finitura). Su un sottofondo stabile e portante la ceramica può essere posata anche direttamente sul pannello. Per una resistenza termica maggiore è disponibile il pannello IVAR.ST 30 AL (codice ST30AL).

IVAR has been producing heating and plumbing system components since 1985: valves for heating bodies, direct heat metering modules, heat cost allocators, pipes and fittings, substations for heating systems, distribution manifolds, radiant panel systems, and components for solar and geothermal systems. Over 200 people are employed at our manufacturing facilities in Prevalle (in northern Italy’s Brescia province). The site has been designed to streamline our many production and operational stages.
