La lastra IVAR.ST 30 AL (codice ST30AL) è un pannello isolante termico per il sistema asciutto di riscaldamento a pavimento idronico. È adatto là dove non è possibile o non è appropriato utilizzare un massetto in cemento o una malta autonivelante – durante le ristrutturazioni, dove un massetto potrebbe caricare eccessivamente le strutture, in costruzioni in legno sensibili all'umidità o in caso di altezza costruttiva disponibile ridotta.
Caratteristiche della lastra
- spessore 30 mm, formato e dimensione utile 1200 × 600 mm = 0,72 m²
- per tubi PE-RT 16 × 2 mm con passo di posa 150 mm
- strato superficiale in alluminio di spessore 100–200 µm che distribuisce il calore sull'area
- isolamento EPS 300: conducibilità termica λD 0,0318 W/mK, resistenza termica RD 0,95 m²K/W
- classe di reazione al fuoco E, conforme a DIN EN 13163
Struttura del pavimento
Sulla lastra si posano le lastre gesso-fibra per pavimenti – il produttore raccomanda i tipi Fermacell o Knauf di spessore 25 mm, su cui è possibile incollare la piastrellatura ceramica. Per il rivestimento in laminato basta una lastra gesso-fibra da 12,5 mm. Se necessita di una struttura il più bassa possibile, il sistema con la lastra da 20 mm ST20AL permette un'altezza costruttiva totale di 45 mm senza rivestimento finale. Su un fondo stabile e portante è possibile posare la piastrellatura ceramica direttamente sulla lastra. A confronto con la lastra da 20 mm, la ST30AL ha una resistenza termica maggiore (0,95 rispetto a 0,65 m²K/W).
